Thursday 24th June 2010 resident Compere Stephen Upsall is joined by Gordon Southern, Elis James and Terry Saunders to the Therapy Room Comedy Club at The Old School House (the Old Gracelands), Chapel Place, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Gordon Southern
With years of comedy experience under his belt Gordon Southern is one of the most sought after headline acts on the UK and international circuit. His upbeat and energetic delivery combined with his fantastically funny observational comedy & quick witted improvisation has secured his place as an audience favourite. An award winning writer with critical acclaim for numerous projects that he has worked on, Gordon Southern was the star of both Weekending on Radio Four and four series of The Cheese Shop on radio, television and live, winning. He has also written and appeared on numerous other TV shows, including the 11 O'Clock Show, The Big Breakfast, The Sunday Show and The Gallagher Brothers.

Elis James
Elis James is a 26 year from Cardiff who in the space of a few short years has become the face of new Welsh comedy. Since his first gig in 2005 he has taken his conversational, storytelling style all over the country - reaching the semi-final of So You Think You're Funny. Elis has been supporting multi-award winner Rhod Gilbert on his massive UK tours and bringing the best of new music to BBC Radio One Wales on a regular basis. His style of laid-back, whimsical storytelling has made him a popular compere and performer with all over the country.

Terry Saunders is an award-winning comedian and raconteur bar none. An Edinburgh Fringe stalwart, Saunders' thought-provoking comedy is both moving and richly funny. One of a generation of young, articulate post-Lee & Herring comics, Saunders' relishes unusual approaches to comedy.
